What we collect and why

When you use the subscription form we collect the name and email address you provide. We use them for a single purpose: to email you news about Nacraik Studio and let you know when we launch.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the subscription form. You can withdraw it at any time — see Your rights below — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before you did.

Who processes your data

We use Kit (Kit.com) as our email service provider to store the subscription list and send the emails. Kit acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement. This may involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area under the appropriate safeguards Kit provides. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and email until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, after which we remove them from our active list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
